Conwio’s mission is to revolutionize customer experience in telecommunications.
We are specialists in designing and building conversational AI platforms to automate customer service, transform every subscriber interaction into actionable intelligence for the service provider, make productive use of the customer’s time, and save millions of dollars in operational costs for carriers.
Every customer interaction made delightful.
Conwio's RADAR Platform operates in three modes, choosing the mode that best fits the call: from AI-guided human agents to fully autonomous resolution.
Three Modes of RADAR's Platform
AI beside the agent on every call. Four-dimensional customer context within five seconds, live sentiment, intent, and expert hints for existing subscribers; identity, plans, device financing, number porting, payment, and eSIM for new ones, all in one unified interface.
The AI agent answers, authenticates, and resolves complex billing, plan, account, and service inquiries end to end, with no human agent required. It acts on the carrier's systems, confirms every change, and hands off to a human with full context when needed.
The AI agent takes a new customer from first call to activation: identity verification, plan and device selection, device financing, number portability, payment, and eSIM provisioning, with a human agent one transfer away whenever the customer wants one.
Why Conwio's RADAR Is Different
Every prompt, workflow, user role, and data model designed for wireless and internet service providers from the get go.
Live hints, customer intent, context, and risk scores delivered within seconds, live during the call, when it matters. Not a post-call analysis tool.
Every AI model, prompt, and threshold is configurable by the service provider, function by function, with governed prompt approval and a full audit trail.
Customers calling back for the same unresolved issue drives up handle time and destroys satisfaction scores.
Issues resolved in the system but never communicated back to the customer erode trust.
Low resolution and poor first call experiences push subscribers to switch.
With first call resolution averaging around 70% across the industry, nearly one in three customers has to call back. A structural problem no coaching can fix.
High attrition and inconsistent training mean every new hire is a service risk.
Manual wrap-up is slow, inconsistent, and provides no actionable intelligence for the service provider.
From the moment customers call to the instant their issue is resolved.
Intuitive and minimalist UI design.
Artificial Intelligence
Conwio's RADAR supports every leading commercial large language model, plus open-weight models. Service providers pick the best model for each function, with a second and third model standing by as automatic fallbacks.
Architecture
Available on AWS, GCP, Azure, and in the carrier's own data center on Red Hat OpenShift. Scalable, resilient, and carrier-grade.
Governance
The service provider stays in control of every model and prompt.
Every prompt change is drafted, tested on live and recorded calls, and approved by a second person before it reaches production, with full version history and an audit trail that cannot be edited or deleted.
The service provider picks the best model for every function, from summaries and analysis to live hints and intent, across six model families. A second and third model stand by as automatic fallbacks, so calls keep flowing through a provider outage, all within AI spend budgets the provider sets.
One adaptation layer to the carrier's billing, provisioning, number portability, and eSIM systems, with automatic rollback when a multi-step change fails partway. A new carrier connects through an adapter, not a rebuild.
